Public Notice – Butternut Valley announces the following by-law amendments, amending the ministerial regulation for the Studholm Parish Planning Area, By-Law – #24-STH-027-01 and #24-STH-027-02.
The Minister of Local Government has approved the Butternut Valley By-Law Amendments to the Studholm Parish Planning Area Rural Plan By-Law #24-STH-027-01 and By-Law #024-STH-027-02. Said by-laws have been registered in the Kings County Registry Office on August 6, 2024, as documents 45207017 and 45207009.
